Greenwich Medical Spa was in the process of launching a proprietary, in-office hair regrowth procedure and was looking to complement their treatment with an at-home topical therapy. They wanted to dispense a leave-in product available exclusively at their practice, and needed support on formulation development, product positioning and marketing.
Working with our team and leveraging our network, we conceptualized a prescription-strength formulation with an innovative cocktail of actives formulated within a patented delivery system. Once we had an approved formula we developed the wrap-around launch support including label design, staff training and in-office and digital marketing.
