As an expert in practice growth strategy, brand development and marketing, Delaram has partnered with physicians to create new healthcare offerings, reposition current practices and capitalize on untapped opportunities for growth. She believes that sustainable practices provide a unique and branded experience.
Prior to founding DS Group, Delaram was the Assistant Vice President of Product Development and Global Marketing for SkinCeuticals where she collaborated with a vast global multi-disciplinary network of scientists and researchers to leverage new scientific discoveries that promoted and enhanced overall skin health. While at SkinCeuticals, Delaram spearheaded breakthrough innovations such as the award winning Advanced Pigment Corrector, Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50, and Resveratrol B E, among many others, which were marketed in 25+ countries worldwide.
Delaram has over 15 years of experience in the world of beauty, including developing and marketing within the professional, luxury, and consumer channel for brands such as L’Oreal Paris, Matrix Biolage, and Cornelia Essentials.
Delaram received her Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry, chemistry, and business from The University of Colorado. She is fluent in Farsi and conversational in French.

Meredyth brings strategic focus to the marketing and digital needs of each DS Group client and oversees a team of expert support across digital design, SEO/ SEM, social community management and analytics.
Prior to joining DS Group, Meredyth was Global Communications Manager at Essie, L’Oreal USA, leading international digital and PR strategy for over 30 markets worldwide. She was previously the Manager of Global Marketing and Product Development at SkinCeuticals, directing marketing campaigns and B2B trade show communications and events. She has a MSc in Media and Communications from The London School of Economics (LSE) and a MA in History from The University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
